Terms & Conditions

Title of our product purchased on this site does not pass from Nekta-Vite to you until we have received payment in full for the goods. All risk in the product passes to you upon us shipping the order to your address.

Shipping

Nekta-Vite can post to virtually any address in Australia and the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be posted to some international destinations.

Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible after payment is received.

Goods will be carefully packed for dispatch, however despite all care we cannot be held responsible for any damage or delays to our product in transit.
If our products are not received within a reasonable period, please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product is lost in transit, we shall make every effort to track the order, however we cannot be held responsible for losses in transit. The customer is also responsible for making every effort to recover the product.

Please also note that the postage rates for items shipped to overseas destinations are size and/or weight-based. The actual freight cost (in Australian Dollars) will be shown to you before you complete checkout.

Returns Policy

The customer may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. Nekta-Vite will pay the return posting costs only if the return is a result of our error (for example, if you received an incorrect or defective item).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return sender; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the sender (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply contact us to advise us and to make the necessary arrangements. View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Out of Stock

If a product is out of stock, this will be shown on the website and you will not be able to order that product. However, you will have the option to register interest in the product so that you can be automatically notified by email as soon as it is available.

General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The Buyer and Seller shall be bound by these terms and conditions. No term or condition entered by you in your order shall add to amend or delete any of these terms and conditions unless expressly agreed in writing by a duly authorised officer of the Seller. Additional terms and conditions may be entered into from time to time at the Sellers discretion, but do not diminish the enforceability of the terms and conditions contained within this document. The Buyer and Seller shall be bound by these terms and conditions.

No GST is payable on our products.
