Nekta-Vite can post to virtually any address in Australia and the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be posted to some international destinations.

Orders will be dispatched as soon as possible after payment is received, and are shipped via Australia Post.

Goods will be carefully packed for dispatch, however despite all care we cannot be held responsible for any damage or delays to our product in transit.
If our products are not received within a reasonable period (allow up to 14 days for international destinations), please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product is lost in transit, we shall make every effort to track the order, however we cannot be held responsible for losses in transit. The customer is also responsible for making every effort to recover the product.

Please also note that the postage rates for items shipped to overseas destinations are size and/or weight-based. The actual freight cost (in Australian Dollars) will be shown to you before you complete checkout.

Title of our product purchased on this site does not pass from Nekta-Vite to you until we have received payment in full for the goods. All risk in the product passes to you upon us shipping the order to your address.
